Ms. Rocha is an expert in the initial licensing of new mines with various Brazilian government regulators. She reports the Company’s chief executive officer and works alongside mining engineers and geologists in preparing all that is needed for advancing the Company’s projects from planning to full operations. Ms. Rocha will also consult with Brazil Minerals, Inc. (U.S. OTC: BMIX), currently the largest shareholder of Jupiter Gold. She previously worked for a Brazilian partnership with gold and iron mines, and before that as consultant to several large mining companies.
